Wickham Lakes is a 251 unit community of moderately prices homes just west of Interestate-95 in Viera. We are located within walking distrance of Health First, Brevard County Government Center, A rated schools, recration and shopping.

We are a deed restricted community run by the Wickham Lakes Residential District Association and also part of the Central Viera Community Association.

This website was created to help our residents, old and new, learn a little bit more about their area, stay informed about the neighborhood and help foster the kind of interaction that makes Wickham Lakes the wonderful place to live that it is.
