Wickham Lakes is a 251 unit community of moderately priced homes just west of Interstate 95 in Viera. We are located within walking distance of Health First Health Park, Brevard County Government Center, A rated schools, recreation and shopping.

We are a deed restricted community run by the Wickham Lakes Residential District Association and are also a part of the Central Viera Community Association.

This website was created to help our residents, old and new, learn a little bit more about their area, stay informed about neighborhood events and help foster the kind of interaction that makes Wickham Lakes the wonderful place to live that it is.
